do you really think cox holds the account open for everyone who leaves,who ma/may noty come back??
They should.. I mean, if they want people to come back and be able to order services from them again. Why would you not want to make it as easy as possible for people to return? Do you really think its that much of a burden to just not lock people out of an account. lol.
just how long is too long for cox to hold info? how long were you gone with the move?
