Hi Escondido-B. Is the email you are trying to forward asking for personal information? If not, you can mark the email as spam so that you won't receive messages from this person or company again. To get further assistance regarding this, please contact us via email at cox.help@cox.com and include this link along with your complete address and name on the account. Thanks, Lisa - Cox Support Forums Moderator

Marking it as spam doesn't stop the emails from coming through and I've also had the same problem forwarding phishing emails to a company with no personal info or attachments. I've since learned that once someone clicks forgot password & gets into your cox email account they have access to your secret question & answers & acct #
