Hi Abraun, thanks for your post today. I'm sorry to hear that you want to cancel your service. I value your business and I don't want to lose you to another provider! Is there anything I can do to change your mind?

Becky, is there any news on what Cox is going to do in regards to the "Click to cancel" ruling by the FTC? See article here. I have asked several times and Cox has been silent.
