Can I put internet service on a vacation hold but still have email access and tx services? Also how much will that cost?thanks

    I know how important it is for you to put your services on seasonal. You will need to contact our Loyalty Department number is 1-888-438-6673 (8 am - 8 pm weekdays or 9 am - 6 pm Saturday) choose option 5 after entering your account information over the automated system, and a representative within our Loyalty Department will receive your call.

    If on Seasonal Hold and in your house, there will be no email access because you'd have no Internet.  However, Internet and cellular would have access to your webmail account.

    Seasonal Hold shouldn't cost anything because you wouldn't be paying for anything.  I did it for deployments and it was a lower bill.
