Cable Modem Ramdomly Dropping

Switched to a DOCSIS 3.1 Arris SB8200 a week later started getting random disconnects. Called Cox and they told me it was my modem so exchanged it out. Still having the issue with the new one. I pulled this info out of the modem.

The modem is reporting multiple time out errors. Are there any splitters or signal amps on the cable line going to the modem?

When I signed up with Cox there was a splitter installed in the Cox box on the side of the house to feed other rooms. Those receivers have been removed. I did not touch the box on the side of the house since that is property of Cox. There are no signal amps installed.

There was a bad batch of Arris SB8200s that came out over the last few months bough both on Amazon and other ISPs causing issues. Some people had to swap out the same model a few times before finding a non-bunk one.
