I was approved for ACP and it's not applied to my bill

  • Hi kianawright. I am happy to hear you have been approved for the ACP benefit! I'm sorry it hasn't been applied to your account with us yet. It can take about 30 days for the process to be complete.

    Just a reminder, ACP is a government program, not a Cox program. Cox cannot apply the credit to your bill, until they receive the money from the government on behalf of your bill.
