Bill adjustment due to daily outages for a whole month

I was told that my bill would be adjusted this month because mu service kept going out literally everyday for hours at a time sometimes more than once a day so why is my bill still the normal amount?

    Cox prepares billing statements in advance.  Adjustments appear on the second month's statement.
