I am at 79th & Union Hills. I did an online chat with them today and they said they were upgrading the network signal and it resulted in a service disruption. They note that my service went out yesterday at 1:27pm and they have no eta for it to be fixed. They did give me a credit of a whole $12.00 for the inconvenience...
