Arris Touchstone TG2472 Modem

Is it possible to manually upgrade the firmware on my Arris modem/router? Or, is it updated automatically? Thanks.

    @Basho,

    Once a new firmware version is approved for our service, it will be automatically sent out to the modems from our end.
