Levels look good but it seems you are getting a lot of uncorrectables on the downstream. This could be effecting your download speed. How does the coax get from the street/pole to the room your modem is in? Any splitters/amp/filters? If not, I suggest having a tech out to scan the line for noise. If so, I suggest bypassing everything and connecting to the line from outside directly and see if you still have a issue. If you have a technician out, I suggest switching to the SB6190 since the Zoom 5345 isn't supported for that speed, so it will be the first thing the tech blames even if not the problem.
