Are there any known issues in the Crowley area?

My internet has been very slow for the past few months. I know several other people who are experiencing the same issues I am having with Cox internet in Crowley as well.  I have reset my modem and router multiple times and even purchased a new modem thinking that may have been the problem.  I attend college online so my internet is very important to me.

    The primary account holder can see outage alerts and updates through our Cox App from your smartphone or tablet anytime, anywhere.
