- BrianMModeratorI am showing that on your ticket our mail team noticed that there were several forwarding rules setup to send certain senders/items to the spam folder. You may want verify if these rules are valid. You can check the rules but clicking settings at the top right inside of webmail, click settings below there. Then on the left side click on Inbox and click filter rules below. This will show the list of all of the rules that are setup on your account and you can edit/delete/add rules.

Cox's email de-spamming function is and always has been broken. I've marked emails as "not spam" over and over again for over a year in some instances and they still get sent to SPAM... but that's small potatoes as at very least I do get THOSE emails- unlike some others that seem to dissolve into outer space.
