Accessing Deceased Person's Email Account

I am the Trustee for a deceased person. I have the username but none of the passwords I have access the account. How can I gain account access?

  • Hi Trustee. As we don't have the passwords for customers email accounts, in order to change the password, you would need to take a Power of Attorney to the local service center and they will be glad to assist you with getting this done.
