Accessing cox email through Outlook on Samsung Galaxy

When I configure my Outlook on Android to access cox email I get the following error:

"Login Error

The connection to your email server timed out. Please check your email settings."

I have triple checked my settings;

IMAP Incoming Mail Server - imap.cox.net Port 993

Smtp Outgoing Mail Server - smtp.cox.net Port465

SSL/TLS

Email and password are correct

Anyone had this issue and solved it?
