A reply is not a discussion
So, I registered a complaint about service downtime and its impact on students around Arizona State University.
A moderator responded to my complaint and said all the right things that sometimes these thing are un aviodable, etc, etc ... But turned off replies in the discussion. Rhetoric does not resolve the issue. I would like to understand that steps are in place to improve service.
I am concerned about the overall number of outages and the duration of those outages. I am frustrated by the overall downtime. I am not a cable logistics or infrastructure expert. But if I were a cable provider I would have several experts to understand how to minimize downtime of service. I am only on the recieving end, and I feel that Cox can do a better job to minimize interuptions to service.
