A new name! Woohoo!! Same lousy service. Are you excited too?

I received my new bill today informing me of this important news:  "Preferred Internet is now called Go Even Faster Internet.  It's a new name with the same fast speeds." HAHAHAHA  Last week Speedtes...

LOL. Good point. However I think the 56Mbps has more to do with OP particular setup vs what the ISP is providing. Chain is only as strong as weakest link. Even if you upgrade HFC to fiber, if your still connecting with slow Wi-Fi it won't matter.

I think the intent of the post wasn't to troubleshoot but the slogan "Go Even Faster" [with our same 56 Mbps].  Perhaps the weak link is on the Cox network so instead of concocting imbecile names, spend our money finding the weak link(s).
