I've tried calling them and they keep hanging up on me.
I've tried texting with a live agent and they were rude and just kept repeating " Technicians are in your area"
Cox needs to provide some timeline for us. This has been unacceptable customer service.
With this severe of an interruption to the service I am expecting them to refund this months bill at a minimum.
I received a call from Corp Cox due to my FCC complaint and he said SRP damaged the fiber during some construction and it was more extensive than originally thought, most of area is back online but there are crews still working on the repair.
