Becky said:Becky; Since I updated my ports as required my outlook and cox email will not allow me to send mail to any of my 'contact groups'. They are all 10+ with the largest one at 30. I have contacted support 2 times with no help. They say I should be able to sent to 100 without a problem. I cannot give you the entire error message because it disappeared prior to me being able to copy it. What I was able to write down was " Message could not be sent 552-552 5.2 07 ". I did send my message to my golf group 8 members at a time. Making life miserable is not a good way to treat customers! JimHi Everyone,
