500 mbps internet drops to <15 mbps for hours
My 500 mbps internet drops to <15 mbps for hours weekly. Right now I'm the only device that is on the network and my speed test which usually shows 300-550 mbps is currently showing 2 mbps. This happens randomly and I'm usually the only device on the wifi that is using data when this occurs. I've talked to tech support twice on this issue and all they do is restart the modem. The last time I talked to tech support they assured me this wouldn't happen again. I'm trying to contact them but it's been over 30 minutes and I have not been assigned an agent. What is going on?
