I'm having the same issue. Download speeds seem to be fine, but uploads dropping to less than 1 mbps with frequent timeouts. Connecting directly to the modem makes zero difference, I'm dropping packets to the first hop on cox end. Up until recently I would get a consistent 30mbps up. Nothing has changed on my end. Single coax from the drop outside to the modem, no splitters or patch cables. My office is closed, so having reliable internet is critical.
