It wasn't getting the phone that is the problem just the total mess with a credit on the trade in phone. neither the 3 departments at cox or the 2 at asurion can figure out why asurion voluntarily cancelled the trade in and is send the device back. Sadly I will be going to another carrier if it isn't resolved since they received the device last month.

I have spent an hour on the phone or more with multiple cox and asurion personnel. All I get is this silly stupid stuff that makes me want to cancel cox internet and cell because neither company can pay the little $165 trade in that they promised. Also, using Verizon for cox mobile doesn't
work as good as att...

Calls and chat didn’t help as much. I wonder if the emails will help.
