Customer service is very important to us. We value you and want you to have a positive experience with us. I can definitely understand wanting to get clarification on this matter. Upon submitting your order, you should have received a confirmation email displaying specific promotion details. Did your order confirmation match the offer you signed up for?

No, I did not get that email. Citizen told me if I miss a payment then it affects my credit. Cox said I am ultimately responsible for the payment if the credit doesn't go through. So I made the first payment because Citizens said Cox will not start the credit until after the first payment. Very confusing.
