  • iPhone 16 and iPhone 15: Cox Internet customers can receive the 128 GB iPhone 16 or iPhone 15, without a trade-in, by adding a new mobile line and agreeing to a 24-month device payment plan. Credits totaling $829.99 will be applied over 24 months, offsetting the device cost. Customers must also enable paperless billing and enroll in Cox Easy Pay to qualify.
  • Samsung Galaxy S24: Similarly, customers can obtain the 128 GB Samsung Galaxy S24 without a trade-in by adding a new mobile line with a 24-month device payment plan, offsetting the device cost. Credits totaling $799 will be applied over 24 months. Paperless billing and enrollment in Cox Easy Pay are also required.

Where does it say you should receive a free S24 phone with no cost to you?

    This is the top of one of the announcements I found.

    I should have kept the original flyer that said free phone. This is the fine print but even then it says offsetting the cost of the device which mean no cost to me.

      Well, that's one interpretation.  It could also mean it's your payment plan.

        So according to your interpretation "complimentary S24" means my payment plan that I pay will allow me to get a complimentary S24 from Cox. Is that what your interpretation is of this ad? What a great way for Cox to do business.
