Agent canceled an order but did not issue a return label

Ordered an iPhone 16 + wireless line from cox. Changed my mid and requested to cancel. The agent on the phone did cancel it, but forgot to issue a return label for the iPhone. I have been to 3 differ...

To avoid any misunderstanding, you should update your policy to clarify a shipping label is required for all online returns. including those taken to a Cox store.

CurtB , as I said, this case was an exception. The policy is correct as it currently stands and will be updated by those in charge of such decisions as it is necessary. Since this issue has been resolved, and is not a subject matter another community member could assist with I am going to lock the thread.
