That is a good question. You must have Contour TV Essential or higher, to have Peacock Premium included in your plan. Cox Internet customers with a subscription to Contour Stream Player or Contour TV Starter, enjoy a limited-time preview at no additional cost. A Contour Box with Voice Remote is required.

Well, that's a silly requirement. I'm not going to fork over another $60+ for a $5 membership.
Tha’s not exactly true we use TiVo hardware instead of contour and still get peacock premium
