Hi MAB, what URL are you using? I suggest myemail.cox.net or email.cox.net. Also, what web browser are you using? Please clear your browser's cache, cookies, and temporary internet files and then try to go to myemail.cox.net or email.cox.net. -Becky, Cox Support Forums Moderator
