Voicetools question.

Why can't they get voicetools to work properly using mobile phones?

The design of the Voicetools page is simply out-of-date.  There's a term "mobile friendly" or "mobile responsive" to describe how a web page proportionally resizes and functions on mobile devices.  Voicetools is designed for computer browsers.

I understand that but they should still be able to make it compatible with mobiles.

It would take a redesign of the page to make it work better with phones, and Cox probably doesn't want to invest the money for limited use. Most people have a desktop or laptop. Have you considered buying one? You can get a Chromebook for 150-200$ and can get 100$ back from ACP.
