The cox error msg CXBL says the "sending" address is being blocked because it is an abusing address.
Sure enough ... if you do a web search on 146.20.112.67 ... several web sites report 80 or 90 abuses from that address.
But i am being blocked from sending from Portugal ... a 79.xxx.xxx.xxx address ... not a 146.xxx.xxx.xxx address.
I am not doing anything wrong. It looks like some software in use by cox is routing my mail attempts thru the 146 address.
This looks like something cox has to fix. We users are powerless to fix this.
We would like to check into your issue here. Would you send us an email to cox.help@cox.com so we can check to see what is causing your issue?

Are you kidding me?
The entire thread above is about how we cannot send email via cox mail when out of the country.
Any mail i send to you (while i am in portugal) via the cox email setup will be rejected with a Cox CXBL error message that complains about a 146.20.112.67 IP address.
(My typos above of "140" should be "146".)
Besides you should not be wasting more customer time on this problem ... which has been reported hundreds of times by many different cox users.
You should have a cox employee in a foreign country be investigating this CXBL problem.
