TNT app

Unable to connect to service provider (Cox) tried for 1 hour repeatedly entered user name and password that works with all other apps

  • Amerriett, when you try to sign in to the app what happens? Are you redirected to the Cox sign in portal? Is there an error message? Please also let me know what device/model and software version is in use. Please also let me know if you are able to sign in at Once you select content on the site and start playing there's a red button above the content that says "SIGN IN FOR FULL ACCESS" where you can choose your provider and sign in.
