The contour app is not allowing me to watch TV shows at home even though I am connected to my home Wi-Fi network

I have searched the forum and did everything that the other people were asked to do. It worked fine last night, but it’s not working today. It is very sporadic. I never know from day to day if it wil...

The link 

you provided above, takes me to the same “get started” option. An error message pops up and tells me”something isn’t right, you must not be connected to the internet...”. I am connected via WiFi. Then it says it is going to reset the app, then nothing happens. The get started button is gray, not light blue.

      This link does the same think. 

      I have deleted the contour app. When I click on the ‘watch tv live’ button through this link, and through my account, it wants to launch the app and then I get the error message. Can I take my devices into a cox store and have them look at this?

        Further down should be the options for the app. You do not want to use the app, so you would use the top option instead.

        We do have support at the Cox Solutions Stores, so if it doesn't let you get past this, you may pay them a visit.
