Cannot send email. I have 465 set, password set and user name without the Cox.net

Use 587, however IAW APPLE suggestion, they suggest removing and re-adding the account. That causes the phone to rewrite the entire cfg file for that ID, and that should fix the issue. It's a know issue with iPhones.
