On my phone, that lock icon isn’t clickable, but it is on my desktop computer; so I went through the steps on my desktop, but still no luck when trying to sign in to the non working apps. Also, on my phone I use the app “Google” as my default browser not “Chrome” like on my desktop. I did, however, download Chrome on my phone and lock icon isn’t clickable.
I researched how to delete cookies with Google and all that pops up is about how to do it through Chrome. After tinkering with the Google browser, I clicked my profile icon, Settings, Privacy and Security, History, Cookies, Clear, and it only brings me to an option to “Clear All” cookies from the Google browser.
Maybe the “Google” browser is correlated to my “Chrome” and it doesn’t make a difference deleting cookies on one or the other. But, like I stated above, I did delete Cox.com cookies on Chrome on my desktop and as far as I got on my phone, I found a way to Clear All cookies on Google browser which I did not click yet because I only want to delete the cox cookies.
