Scheduling Feature Failures

The app won't let us reschedule our service date to a day that shows as available in the app. Instead, we are delayed over 3 weeks without any reason provided.

    I apologize that the app isn't allowing you to reschedule. We can help reschedule for you. You can call us 24/7 to reschedule, or we can assist at cox.help@cox.com as well. Please feel free to send an email there with your full name, address, and a link to this thread and we will help with rescheduling and look into the app issue.
