Repeated problems with Camera on App (Apple)

I have been able to connect intermittently  to the cameras on my Apple phone for the past couple months I will randomly get a camera to show up but most  of the time it just says connecting but never does.  I have tried everything even switching out equipment. Had service tech here at least 3 - 4 times. Very frustrating. Any help is appreciated

    Hello. Are you experiencing this issue with the homelife panel as well? Also, how big is your home and are the cameras currently running wireless? -Allan, Cox Support Forums Moderator.
