Panoramic Wifi Primary User error
I can log into my Cox App no problem, and show that I am the only Primary User and that my primary user ID is what it is. Then, when trying to log into the Panoramic Wifi app, it says that I am not the Primary User. The Cox Representative said everything looks fine on their end and confirmed that my User ID is the same one I've always had. They submitted a ticket to help find out what is going on. I am posting here, because I don't really expect a follow up if I'm being honest. I was logging into my app just fine a few weeks ago.
