Not Allowed to Use

Why is it that I am not allowed to use the app as a Straight Up internet customer? Thanks

I just took a screen shot of the app message using my phone.

the message says "Straightup customers do not have access to to the cox app"

Now I'm getting "we are experiencing technical difficulties please try again later" 🤔

It should be working .What device are you trying to use it on?

  It's an intermittent issue. It usually works but it's not working today for some reason. I'm using my cell phone.
