Not able to use outside email app
Started .6-8 weeks ago. All settings are good via website and live chat help. I even have a new phone. Webmail works fine. Anyone else having issues?

Yes I do. I canceled Cox complete care and my email stopped working on my phone and outlook on my computer. Did a online chat with customer service and was told in order to get it fixed I would have to pay for Cox Complete Care. What a scam.
