NBC Sports App and Website Won't Recognize Cox Subscription

Can't get NBC Sports to work on Windows 10 PC, Apple TV, iPad, or iPhone. Spent 20+ minutes on the phone with Cox and they verified that NBC Sports is part of my plan. NBC Sports website says "It l...

Hello Bettabreaks,

Are you able to watch this channel on any other device? Also, I recommend clearing browsing data/cache and trying again. Also, please make sure you are using the primary login for the account.
