It's been three months and still all NBA games shown on ABC are STILL IN SPANISH on the Contour App!! Tried to watch Golden State vs. San Antonio yesterday... STILL IN SPANISH!! When are you going to fix this???? If I had known it was going to take this long I would have started learning to speak Spanish back in January!!!!
I am ALSO having this problem. It is extremely frustrating having to watch NBA Playoffs in Spanish. Cox, you need to figure this out.
I'M SO SICK OF REPORTING THIS PROBLEM AND HAVING THE SUPPORT PEOPLE ASK THE SAME QUESTION... "IS SAP TURNED ON?" READ THE HISTORY OF THE ISSUE BEFORE YOU ASK ME ANYTHING!!! BEGINNING TODAY I'M INCLUDING THE SR. VP & REGIONAL MGR OF COX COMMUNICATION, CENTRAL REGION, PERCY (EDITED BY ADMIN) IN ALL MY CORRESPONDANCE. I CAN'T BELIEVE THAT THE SUPPORT TEAM THOUGHT IF THEY WAITED LONG ENOUGH, BASKETBALL SEASON WOULD BE OVER AND THE ISSUE WOULD DISAPPEAR!! WELL GUESS WHAT, IT'S NOT JUST NBA GAMES ON ABC... IT'S BIGGER THAN THAT!!!! WE'LL SEE IF MR. KIRK CAN LIGHT A FIRE UNDER YOUR ****!!!!

If you're still experiencing an issue with the any of the channels' audio broadcasting in Spanish on the app, please uninstall and reinstall the Contour app. Let us know if the issue continues.

To verify if there is an issue with the ESPN feed, would you try going to the ESPN app & watching the same game on their app? We would like to see if there is the same Spanish feed there. To use their app, you will need to use the primary login for your Cox account. Please let us know what you find.
