It might be real but we have to see the actual email that was received in order to verify it because the link isn't a Cox link.

It's a phishing scam. The link is made to look like Cox but redirects somewhere else. The bad spelling is to get around anti-spam rules. Do you think Cox would spell like that?

We did. OP copy/pasted from Inbox. How else do you think the post got here? Do you think OP memorized it and then typed it all out, spelling badly? Come on. If this is real, I will eat my hat.
