Homelife app crashes in live view mode

Has Cox ever fixed the issues with live view mode crashing the app on certain tablets and phones?  When I try to go to live view mode in the app on my Lenovo tablet, the app crashes.  Not a problem on my Samsung Galaxy phone or my old tablet.  Only on my Lenovo.  This has to be some kind of bug in the app that can be fixed.

    If completely closing and not restarting is a message, then yes.  Otherwise no.  Only happens on my lenovo tablet.  Iphone, Ipad, galaxy S20, no issues.
