I am also having problems playing video after updating to IOS 13.1.2. Is anyone else having this problem or is there a solution? Thanks
Hi Lynnrob315, it doesn't look like the Cox app developers have added iOS 13.1.2 to the operating system compatibility list (www.cox.com/.../cox-homelife-mobile-app-device-and-operating-system-compatibility.html) yet.
