Hi Adigiand. Here are a few things to check. Please make sure if you have our Technicolor 4141 gateway, band steering isn't set up. Band steering (combining the 2.4 GHz and the 5 GHz band and only using 1 network name for both) is incompatible with Cox Homelife. Once this is done, if you are still having an issue, please unplug the power to the gateway for 30 seconds and then plug it back in. Once it comes back online, please power cycle the Homelife Hub. Once the hub is showing a white solid light, please run some test videos again and let us know the outcome. Thanks, Lisa - Cox Support Forums Moderator
