I keep wondering why they can't figure out this issue. I've still got the ticket open but they don't seem to be able to figure it out.

They have had a "ticket open" with the vendor for my missing posts for months now. I think some get sent to a black hole. Cox outsources the website so it is all up to the response time of the vendor.
