EMAIL ERROR
Only on Outbound emails I get the following error. Just started yesterday. I've checked all the settings, etc. and everything is right. Can't figure it out. Can anybody help?

After making the necessary changes for Cox's "enhanced security", e-mail worked fine for all of two days. Then suddenly yesterday (1/31/2018) at noonish, I was no longer receiving e-mail via my Outlook (POP3 connection). I've got e-mails waiting which was verified using OWA. I chatted with Cox, but only got a vague answer that "there's a lot of customers experiencing this problem with our servers". Ok, and the work-around? NOTHING!
Cox, this is a MAJOR disruption based solely on your required changes to POP3 connections. Fix it!
