EMAIL ERROR
Only on Outbound emails I get the following error. Just started yesterday. I've checked all the settings, etc. and everything is right. Can't figure it out. Can anybody help?

This change by Cox is not reasonable for the average user. Can't believe people are having problems with Outlook. Mine was the same but I'm using Mozilla Thunderbird with Cox. I feel the same as you in using Outlook. Thunderbird is very, very similar to Outlook - I have tons of files/folders, calendar, address books, etc.
I had Thunderbird set up for my Cox email and a while ago had set up a gmail account email when Cox was doing strange things a few months ago. When I open Thunderbird I can see my Cox email account and my gmail account. If I try to send to more than 9 people with my Cox email - does not work as I originally said when I started this thread and same as lots of others have said. But if I use my gmail account using Thunderbird I have absolutely no problem. I'm in the process of copying all my folders, calendar, contacts etc. to gmail and stop using Cox.
I run a youth sports organization and routinely send emails to way more than 9 people - anywhere from 12 to over 200 people. I told the Cox rep this and that lots of customers use their email the same way and are legitimate, not sending spam.
As usual, Cox doesn't listen to their customers and their needs.
