DVR
We have a new DVR, I had 3 or 4 recordings from yesterday this morning. This afternoon started to watch and they weren’t there. Was on chat with an agent. He asked for my info, said thanks and I waited 6 minutes for another reply and never got one. I never had this problem before. Why am I paying for a DVR service that deletes.
