Hello Reskri,
I see from above you mentioned the Contour App has been working on other devices like your Lenovo Tablet and your husband's Samsung S8, but not on the Samsung Galaxy S10e. Has your S10e device gotten passed the login with the Contour App before, and if so, when did you notice this issue getting the white page or error?

Yes. I used to watch the app quite a bit on my phone before. Less than a week ago the app froze and then I couldn't log back in.

With the issue only present on the one device, it would appear something within the device may be causing the App to not get passed this log in. Has your device completed any updates recently in May? I recommend confirming that your Samsung Galaxy device completed all necessary security updates. I understand you've attempted to uninstall and reinstall the Contour App on the device already, but how about uninstalling the App, completing a restart on the device, then re-install the Contour App?

I have checked for updates and everything is up to date on my device. There has not been an update within the time frame of when the issue started. I have uninstalled all cox apps, restarted the device, reinstalled the apps and still same problem is occurring.
