watchtv.cox.com reverts me back to the app which after entering username/password returns to a blank white page. I am trying to use it on a Samsung Galaxy S10e. The app works on my lenovo tablet and my husbands Samsung S8.

Now, I am getting the error message every so often.

I was able to locate your account based on the email address you registered your Forums user ID with. I found an issue with the coding of your services. Please remove the app from your device. Restart the device. Reinstall the app on the device and log in again.
