Cox Contour App unable to login
I cannot login into the contour app on my phone. It allows me to enter my username and password but once I've it login, it goes to a white page and stays like that. Any advice?

Yes. I've tried several times and still getting the white page after trying to log in.

Are you able to access watchtv.cox.com and what type of device are you using to access the app?

Cox Moderatorwatchtv.cox.com reverts me back to the app which after entering username/password returns to a blank white page. I am trying to use it on a Samsung Galaxy S10e. The app works on my lenovo tablet and my husbands Samsung S8.
